Crusing the Town



Jessica here! Ever had a summer day where you had absolutely nothing to do? DO NOT just sit on the couch! Get up and get outside! Take a cruise around town on your bike. This weekend my sister and I got new beach cruisers, they totally rock for a cruise! It is a great way to burn a few calories, waste a little bit of time, enjoy quality time with friends, and get a little sun. You can also go much farther on a bike than jogging, and it works your legs just as much. It is also a great way to ease yourself back into exercise. Remember you do not have to start hard, it is fine to take it step by step. Do simple easy little everyday activities that get you moving more and more each day. So, grab a bike and get on your way!
